We do all exterior landscaping irrigation repair work and low-voltage exterior lighting.
We can do small jobs as small as changing home air filters, smoke detector batteries, & some moving of furniture. You name it, and we will try to accommodate your need.
Paint rooms, baseboards, crown molding, stucco repair, drywall repair, and texturing, Many times after a home inspection there are dozens of items that should be fixed, and most of those items we are able to handle. We are limited to no plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for now.

Two Brothers Handyman Services is a Veteran and Family owned and operated business. With over 20 years of Residential Home renovations and an extensive background in Real Estate and construction, we are now offering our quality services. For decades we have had friends, family, and real estate clients who have needed services, and it's just impossible to get anyone out to do the work. If you are fortunate enough to have someone come they rarely understand what is needed to be done to pass a home inspection. We specialize in helping clients and Realtors with Pre-Listing walk-throughs to help identify many issues that could be fixed before putting your home on the market. We are also available to fix the problems exposed from the inspection after the sellers accept an offer. Our services also extend well beyond this focus. We can move furniture, mount TVs, assemble furniture, change air filters, replace smoke detector batteries, clean roof gutters, replace garage door openers, and do hundreds of other repairs. I had a complicated (for me, anyway) issue of getting shelving out of a refrigerator, so it could be properly cleaned. I had no clue how to do it. Been trying to figure it out since September, as had a few friends. I am new to the area, took a chance on an ad, and called Two Brothers. I am SO glad I did. Their fee was more than reasonable. They answered the phone right away. They came out same day. Steven was able to figure out how to get that shelving out and not only that, he cleaned it all up for me and put it all back. PRICING
We believe our prices need to be fair and reflect the quality of the work we provide. For some simpler services (such as dryer vent cleaning, drywall, paint, texturing and stucco repair) simply text us a few photos along with your address and we will quickly provide you with an estimate for materials and labor. For many of the hundreds of other services we offer, it can prove challenging to fairly and accurately estimate project pricing. Many of our clientele request several services in a visit which can make it difficult to know how long or which materials may be needed. We have found the fairest policy, to both you the consumer, and us the workers, is to provide an hourly rate plus the cost of the actual materials used. This avoids basing estimates off a "worst case scenario" in which we assume the longest amount of time and the average material cost for proposed projects and this typically would result in higher costs to our customers. If your project requires one hour because everything runs smoothly and you already purchased the parts needed then you benefit from the shorter amount of time we have to spend in your home or business and we can move on to the next job. Sometimes jobs can be highly complex and we can spend hours on projects that really are time consuming. We will ALWAYS try our hardest to give you a range of estimated times it may take to do your projects so you have somewhat of an idea of the cost. We also have a minimum charge of $210 per job we perform. Call with any questions, we are always here to help.

Robert Skilled Labor Rate
Certain jobs require Robert's expertise levels and Robert must come to these jobs. His current rate is $125 an hour.
Steven Skilled Labor Rate
Steven's current hourly rate is $110 an hour and Steven can perform many of the services we provide as a company. Steven also has a $70 per hour rate for unskilled labor such as moving, rock refreshes, and services that do not require any tools and /or special skills.
Joseph Skilled Labor Rate
Joseph has an hour rate of $100 an hour and usually accompanies Robert or Steven as a skilled helper for bigger and longer projects. Joseph also has an hourly rate of $65 while performing unskilled jobs such as moving, and generally jobs that do not require special skills or tools.
